A giant panda cub at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C. is now a year old.
Zookeepers helped Xiao Qi Ji celebrate his birthday on Saturday.
The cub got a cake with a huge number one on it.
Zookeepers say over the last year Xiao Qi Ji passed several big milestones.
Last Thanksgiving, he took his first steps and in January he started exploring his surroundings and playing with toys.
The panda cub’s favorite food is sweet potatoes.
