STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- “Yes, They’re Open” is a web series highlighting local bars and restaurants that are still open for takeout, delivery or pickup during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Live streams from the featured restaurants are broadcast on the Advance Facebook page every weekday around 3 p.m.
On Wednesday, the Advance/SILive.com visited Cafe Chef’s Piece-A-Cake at 177 New Dorp Lane, which is open for pickup and delivery from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
