Join Baking Coach Lisa Basini for the final week of the four-part virtual Cake Decorating Workshop. Each week on Tuesday evening, the Garden City Library has offered a recorded video program on cake decorating to learn how to make professional looking cakes for family and friends. The final new episode of the Cake Decorating Workshop debuts at 7PM on Tuesday, December 1st on the Library’s website www.gardencitypl.org.
Week Four of the series is Layering. Learn how to stack two cakes on top of one another, plus learn how to trim your cakes with sprinkles. No registration is required to participate in this special cake decorating workshop. Recipes and ingredient lists will also be provided.
