Lisa Barlow’s eldest son, Jack, just had a sweet celebration for a milestone birthday.
In an October 23 Instagram Story photo, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member showed Jack’s 18th birthday cake. The two-tiered sweet treat was decorated with personal family photos and topped with several candles and sparklers. “We love you so much [Jack],” Lisa captioned her post.
Three days earlier, Lisa penned a touching tribute to her son in honor of his special day. “Happy Birthday [Jack]. How are you 18!” she wrote. “You will always be my sunshine and my heart. You are everything good. You’re so witty and kind. You are so strong and are completely comfortable being you. I love you more than my heart can take! Happy Birthday my Jack!”
While Jack enjoyed the over-the-top dessert for the occasion, in the video above, Lisa opens up about Jack’s food preferences on a more typical day. “When we’re not cooking from home, I can tell you what everybody loves [from] fast food [restaurants]… Jack: He’s into clean eating, so we’ve been doing some Cafe Rio runs for him,” Lisa says while sharing a look inside her fridge. “He loves his shredded chicken salads, burritos, pretty much anything from Cafe Rio right now.”
