Hillsdale Shopping Center's new food court is very impressive and more impressive is the landing of Uncle Tetsu Japanse Cheesecake. Just one of three in the States, Hawaii and Arcadia, California, these delicious desserts are sold only as individual full cakes. Priced at $11, they are big enough for four people, or if you are really hungry, maybe three.

The cheesecake is very different from most as they are very light, airy and interestingly enough flimsy.

The one flavor is a basic cheesecake and that's because they are not allowed for now to compete with their neighbor the very popular, Cheesecake Factory.

Lines on the weekend have been running up to an hour, and after tasting them you will find out why.

Another popular item at Uncle Tetsu is their Matcha Cheese Foam Green Tea. It sounds kind of strange but they are selling over 400 of these drinks daily.
