1 stick unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cake flour
2 cups diced peaches
½ cup diced cherries
½ cup diced pecans
½ cup diced walnuts
½ cup coconut (optional)
1½ cups powdered sugar
2-4 tablespoons milk
Begin by thoroughly greasing and flouring a 10-inch Bundt pan. Heating oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter. Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, almond extract, baking soda and sour cream. Add flour, peaches, cherries, pecans, walnuts and coconut (optional). Pour mixture into Bundt pan.
Bake for 75 minutes (check center to see if knife come out clean). Allow to cool. Loosen edges with knife and turn onto plate.
Mix powdered sugar and milk to suitable consistency and drizzle over cake.
