Jocelyn Delk Adams' mini cake decorating class will teach you how to bake - TODAY

Tired of seeing beautiful baked goods on Instagram and not being able to recreate them? Then today is your lucky day! Bluprint has teamed up with Grandbaby Cakes' Jocelyn Delk Adams to teach you how to make just about anything and everything under the sun — well, actually, in an oven.

Bluprint, an NBCUniversal company, is a digital subscription service that helps makers channel their creativity with unlimited access to classes, projects and supplies across 20+ hobbies like quilting, knitting, cooking and art. Their streaming app allows makers around the world to turn their inspiration into action.

Delk Adams joined our anchors in Studio 1A to teach them a couple of recipes from her Bluprint series "Make Mine Mini." Up first: Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes.

Perfectly portioned to be individual servings, these mini cakes are filled with caramelized pineapple, brown sugar and vanilla. Try them out at your next dinner party with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for a sweet end to the night.

Next came Delk Adams’ Marble Cakelettes. Baked in mini Bundt pans, not only are these cakes marbled with vanilla and chocolate batters, but the buttercream they are topped with is as well!

Delk Adams suggests checking how many cups of batter your mini Bundt pans will hold. This recipe makes five cups of batter, but if your pans in total hold less than that, you will have a little bit of leftover batter and will need to bake the cakelettes a few minutes less.

Whether you want to learn how to make these perfect mini cakes or conquer your fear of cupcakes, Bluprint is the perfect place to learn how to bake.
