The Most Expensive Property Ever Featured On Selling Sunset - Looper

The first three seasons of "Selling Sunset" featured two very memorable and very high-priced mansions. One of the homes — a $40 million, ultra-modern pad with a rooftop deck — was sold by Jason Oppenheim himself, per The Los Angeles Times. But the bigger deal was the lavish $75 million spread that dominated much of Season 3.

According to House Digest, veteran agent Davina Potratz scored the listing for the 15,605 square-foot contemporary-style Beverly Hills mansion that would go on to become the biggest listing to date on the show. In addition to seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, the house boasts a movie theater, wine cellar, and a two-bedroom, two-bath guest house on the property, The Sun notes. "Selling Sunset" viewers watched as the frustrated seller, developer Adnan Sen, question why the meticulously designed house hadn't sold. In fact, he originally gave Davina a three-month contract to sell the place, and she haggled for an extension. More than two years later, you can see the listing on The Oppenheim Group website, because, yes, it's still there. Davina has since left The Oppenheim group for a rival agency, according to People.

But if a lucky agent ever does sell the Sen property for the asking price, they'll fetch more than $2 million in commission, per Pop Sugar.
