MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (WIVB) - Monday is National Cheesecake Day, and to celebrate, a Minneapolis bakery is making a 16-foot cheesecake topped with fresh fruit.
They hope it will break the record and become the world's longest cheesecake.
If you can't make it to Minnesota, you can still get your fill. In honor of the holiday, The Cheesecake Factory is celebrating with a half-off deal for any slice.
