These 5 cities and villages had Cuyahoga County’s most expensive home sales in 2020: That’s Rich! recap - cleveland.com

CLEVELAND, Ohio - In a year of sharply rising home prices in Cuyahoga County, the median price topped $400,000 in five city and villages. Here are the top five:

No. 1 - Hunting Valley at $1,082,500 on eight sales, excluding the Geauga County portion of the village.

No. 2 - Bentleyville at $550,000 on 23 sales.

No. 3 - Gates Milles at $482,750 on 54 sales.

No. 4 - Pepper Pike at $459,250 on 130 sales.

No. 5 - Moreland Hills at $455,000 on 79 sales.
