After a mom's TikTok sharing a botched Minions-themed cake from H-E-B got millions of views on TikTok, another failed creation from the grocer's baked goods department has hit viral status.
TikTok user leslielynncantu shared a photo of what she said was a sample Halloween cake on display at H-E-B made to look like a Frankenstein head.
The next photo she shows is what she picked up from H-E-B, and the similarities are not exactly striking.
Instead of the wavy hair shown on the sample cake, this Frankenstein appeared to have a short bowl cut. The sample cake had red, stringy icing on a small section of the top of the cake to represent Frankenstein's brain, but the top of the cake the TikTok user brought home was almost entirely covered in pink icing.
The video received almost 7 million views.
Many users were reminded of a botched Minion cake, video of which was posted to TikTok the same week. That one's racked up over 20 million views now.
"H E B strikes again," one user commented under the video.
The poster of the video said that she ordered 14 of the Frankenstein cakes, but she didn't share video to show that the rest of them were as spooky as this one.
