Katherine Schwarzenegger is getting ready for the holidays.
The Good Night, Sister author, 33, invited followers into her home on Tuesday to share her go-to angel food cake recipe, which comes from Martha Stewart. Though she makes it look easy, she admits that not everything originally went as planned.
“Did my angel food cake turn out amazing? Did I look like a professional in my @cleobella Betty set making it? Did my first attempt need to be scrapped because I didn’t mix my eggs enough?” she asked in the caption of her Instagram Reel. “The answer to all these questions are yes! ðð©ð³ð.”
For the fun clip, Schwarzenegger set the tone with the Andy Williams classic “It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.”
Schwarzenegger set the camera up in selfie mode to show how she baked the sweet treat from scratch with just six ingredients: cake flour, salt, egg whites, cream of tartar, sugar, and vanilla. She then poured the batter into a decorative bundt pan.

Once it was complete, Schwarzenegger dusted the angel food cake with powdered sugar and topped it with raspberries for extra sweetness.
Schwarzenegger recently spoke to PEOPLE at the launch of her Cleobella x Katherine Schwarzenegger collection (which she wears in her angel food cake video) to talk her family's new holiday traditions.
"I'll tell you what, this Thanksgiving I'm going to throw that apron on him and that oven mitt and that's going to be a big new tradition in our family," she said of her husband, actor Chris Pratt.
"He does most of the cooking in the family. So we have a great kind of combination of me loving to bake," she added.
Pratt, 44, and Schwarzenegger share two daughters, Eloise Christina, 17 months, and Lyla Maria, 3. Pratt is also dad to son Jack, 11, whom he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris, 46.
While pregnant with Lyla in 2020, Schwarzenegger told PEOPLE that she brushed up on her cooking skills during the pandemic.
"Like everybody, I'm trying to find the silver lining in this time at home," she said. "It's definitely, for me, been getting the house organized, baking more and getting more comfortable in the kitchen."
