Fans can have their cake and eat it too with Dairy Queen’s latest dessert.
A video shared over the weekend by an employee at the ice cream chain revealed the newest dipped cone flavor: confetti cake.
“Dairy Queen has come out with a new flavor of cone dip every spring for the past few years,” says TikTok creator @DairyQueenShelbyTwp, who has amassed over 2 million followers sharing her creations as a Dairy Queen worker.
The TikToker, whose real name is Miranda, is a district manager at Dairy Queen locations in Michigan who frequently posts menu updates or hacks.
Previous years brought churro and Dreamsicle flavors but she says this year’s treat is her “favorite of them all.”
She reveals that this spring’s flavor is a confetti cake dipped cone and that it tastes “just like a funfetti cupcake.” The limited-time treat will be available across the country starting today, according to Miranda.
Miranda has previously revealed menu hacks, like how to order a seasonal frozen treat that can “technically” be made “year round.”
Dairy Queen
Earlier this month, she posted a video explaining that the brand’s frozen hot chocolate can be made at any time. The luscious menu item is made by blending DQ’s Misty slush base with cocoa fudge and ice cream, she says. While the ice cream chain is known for their Blizzards, the creator argues this is certainly just as good.
“It’s definitely one of the lesser known and more underrated things that we offer,” she says.
Dunkin’ is also rolling out its spring offerings.
Last Wednesday, the coffee chain announced seasonal spring offerings, including a churro signature latte, cinnamon vanilla coffee and a churro donut.

Available iced or hot, the new latte is a blend of espresso with churro flavors. It’s complete with a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. The cinnamon vanilla coffee is a toned down version of the latte. Made with Dunkin’s coffee and cream, it’s mixed with a vanilla shot and churro syrup.
Along with the new coffees, Dunkin’ is introducing a matching sweet treat: the churro donut. Plus, the donut chain is also introducing its first breakfast empanada. The morning treat is made of scrambled eggs, sausage and cheddar cheese wrapped inside a flaky, buttery crust. To round out the spring food offerings, Dunkin’ dropped a new banana chocolate chip bread.
