Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/4 Cups Butter
3/4 Cup Chocolate Syrup
1 Cup Bourbon Barrel Beer
6 Oz. Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 Cups All purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
For the Icing:
1/2 Cup Butter
6 oz. Melted Chocolate
5 Tablespoons Bourbon Barrel Beer
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 Cups Confection Sugar(May need to add more)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 by 12 cake pan. In a mixing bowl, add butter,Bourbon Barrel Beer, sugar,cocoa powder, & eggs. Blend well add chocolate syrup and mix. Add all purpose flour and baking soda blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix. Pour into greased pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until cake bounces back by finger touch. Cool,
To Make the Icing: Blend cream cheese, softened butter, confection sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract. Add Bourbon Barrel Beer, and melted chocolate. If more confection sugar is needed, add for desired thickness. Frost cake when cooled.
