Bundt cake chain Nothing Bundt Cakes opens in Wayne - NorthJersey.com

The bundt cake chain (yes, you read that right) Nothing Bundt Cakes has expanded to Wayne.

Nothing Bundt Cakes' first store was opened in Las Vegas in 1997 by bundt-cake-lovers Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz. Now it has more than 320 franchised bakeries, peddling bundt cakes – from sharable 10-inch cakes to tiny, personal bundts. Only in the past two years has this chain expanded its reach into North Jersey.

The Wayne location recently opened at 1809 Route 23 South. The 1,890-square-foot space sits next to a Starbucks Coffee and offers premade, grab-and-go cakes, as well as specially made bundts for birthdays and weddings.

A Morristown shop in a standalone building opened in October 2019, and in 2018 a location opened in New Brunswick. The fourth New Jersey location will open in Princeton in spring of 2020.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is known for its bundt cakes in flavors such as confetti, white chocolate raspberry, carrot and lemon. Each cake is topped with thick petals of cream cheese frosting.
