Sergio Garcia promised a menu with some Spanish flair and that's what he'll serve Tuesday night at the Champions Dinner before the Masters.

In the menu announced Tuesday morning, Garcia chose Arroz Caldoso de Bogavante, which is a traditional Spanish lobster rice, followed by Angela Garcia's Tres Leches Cake and some Spanish wines, a Tempranillo for one.

In a video posted by the Masters, Garcia says, "I love desserts. I'm not gonna lie about that."

His guests will start the meal with an "international salad" featuring ingredients from the 10 countries represented by Masters champions.

As is tradition, the defending champion hosts all of the previous winners of the green jacket on Tuesday night. Garcia will give a speech as part of the festivities.

Last year defending champion Danny Willett chose a traditional English meal that featured cottage pie, roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.

Garcia, who won his first major championship at Augusta National last year, has wife Angela and the couple's newborn daughter Azalea Adele Garcia with him this week. Azalea was named after the 13th hole at Augusta National Golf Club. The par-5 13th hole played a critical role in Garcia's run to the green jacket last April.
